Alex Chamchikh combines legal insight with business and financial acumen to support litigation and business teams in delivering efficient, result-driven solutions for clients across industries.
Alex draws on his experience in business economics, financial analysis, and legal research to clarify intricate factual and legal issues and provide practical support across a variety of service areas. His practice skills includes drafting memoranda, researching statutory and regulatory issues, and assisting with case management.
During law school, Alex developed his transactional skills through his experience as an intern in the corporate department of an international law firm, where he assisted attorneys with due diligence and risk assessment. As part of UC Irvine’s Community & Economic Development Clinic, he advised small businesses and nonprofits with incorporation, bylaws, and compliance matters. Alex also provided pro bono legal support through the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, assisting victims of crime and domestic violence in securing legal status and stability.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Alex worked at a tax consulting firm, managing client projects involving technical and accounting analyses to support audit readiness and defensible reporting, which now informs his ability to navigate complex financial and operational issues for clients.
In his free time, Alex enjoys playing basketball and swimming, and he is an avid Lakers fan.
