Ben Eldredge supports litigation teams firmwide, bringing a distinct perspective shaped by his prior service as a U.S. Army officer and his legal training in both prosecution and defense settings.
Before joining Tucker Ellis, Ben externed with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Northern District of Ohio, where he drafted motions, conducted legal research, and prepared cases for trial. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael J. Newman of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, assisting in drafting opinions and observing a broad range of civil and criminal proceedings.
Ben’s strong writing and research skills make him a valuable contributor to Tucker Ellis litigation teams. As Executive Articles Editor of the Case Western Reserve Law Review, he refined his ability to analyze complex legal issues and craft persuasive arguments—skills that enhance his advocacy for clients.
Ben brings focus and discipline honed through his military service. A former U.S. Army Captain, he led teams supporting humanitarian and governance initiatives in Syria during Operation Inherent Resolve.
Outside the office, Ben enjoys reading science fiction, lifting weights, and spending time with his wife, son, and two oversized golden retrievers.
