Eaton, Emma

Emma L. Eaton

Emma Eaton uses her research and writing skills to support attorneys and clients as part of the Tucker Ellis Junior Attorney Corps.

While pursuing her undergraduate degree in journalism, Emma honed invaluable writing and editing skills. She is diligent and thorough in researching critical information, communicating results effectively, and meeting tight deadlines. Her attention to detail and concise, structured writing style set her apart as she supports clients across a variety of practice areas, particularly litigation.

Emma carried her passion for reporting and free speech issues into law school where she participated in WashU’s First Amendment Clinic and served as Executive Articles Editor for The Washington University Journal of Law & Policy. She now applies these experiences with interviewing, researching, writing, and editing to her career as a litigator.

In her free time, Emma enjoys trying new restaurants and coffee shops, attending sporting events and concerts, skiing, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
