Michael J. Scheiman

Michael Scheiman represents public and private companies and private equity funds in a variety of matters, including acquisitions and divestitures, commercial financing transactions, and governance matters.

Michael works primarily with middle-market clients in a variety of industries, including financial and professional services, chemical and industrial services, construction and material-handling, transportation and logistics, health care, and consumer goods. As a former Certified Public Accountant, Michael approaches work matters with analytical attention and an eye toward clients’ potential tax issues and financial concerns.
