Dakota C. Reckamp
Dakota Reckamp defends clients in litigation involving mass tort, product liability, premises liability, and fleet defense.
Dakota supports clients through every stage of litigation, from initial case assessment to trial preparation and resolution. She routinely drafts responsive pleadings, dispositive motions, and written discovery; takes and defends depositions; and works closely with local counsel to develop strong defense tactics. Dakota takes pride in her ability to identify the important issues at stake in any litigation and offer solutions that best serve clients.
In 2025, Dakota became licensed in Florida to better support clients facing significant litigation in the state and to create more seamless representation in one of the country’s most increasingly active legal environments.
