
Thomas W. Baker is a Partner in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP. Tom specializes in product liability litigation, complex business and commercial disputes, professional liability defense and maritime litigation. He has defended manufacturers and suppliers in product liability litigation, represented corporations in complex commercial disputes and shareholder litigation, and represented Great Lakes shipping carriers in maritime tort litigation.
Tom received his J.D. from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1998, where he served as Vice Chair of the Moot Court Board of Governors, and as an editor for the Cleveland State Law Review. Tom received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Baldwin Wallace College in 1992. There he was a member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon Economics honor society.
