St. Louis, MO | D 314.571.4966 | F 314.256.2549

Zack Kasnetz focuses his practice on complex civil litigation including products liability, pharmaceutical, and business litigation.

Zack defends clients in products liability litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country. He works on national and local defense teams in asbestos, talc, silica, benzene, and coal mine litigation. He defends small businesses and Fortune 500 companies in every stage of litigation, from the initial complaint all the way through appeal. He has experience handling fact and expert discovery, conducting depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and working with clients to develop and implement overall strategy.

In addition to his mass tort and product liability work, Zack also works with the Tucker Ellis pharmaceutical group defending clients in opioid litigation and with the firm’s business litigation group handling commercial disputes.

Before joining Tucker Ellis, Zack worked for a St. Louis litigation boutique where he focused on business litigation and appellate work.

In law school, Zack interned for the Honorable Catherine Perry, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and for the Missouri Attorney General’s Office.

Zack is a St. Louis native and enjoys rooting for his Maryland Terrapins, watching the NBA, sports analytics, comic book movies, and sampling local breweries.
