Stephanie A. Rzepka

Stephanie Rzepka represents clients in class action and complex commercial litigation matters across a variety of areas, including price premium, securities fraud, wage and hour, resale price maintenance, and pay for delay.

Drawing on her graduate coursework in economics, mathematics, and statistics, Stephanie is uniquely positioned to analyze methodologies measuring financial harm. Stephanie briefs expert issues involving hedonic regression, conjoint analysis, underfill, unjust enrichment, total refund, and marketing survey techniques across the country. She also builds databases to estimate litigation risk, settlement exposure, and class notice obligations to help her clients achieve efficient and effective resolutions.

Stephanie is a hands-on attorney who has experience taking cases from pre-suit consultation through final resolution. She enjoys working closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop creative, cost-effective means of achieving them. In addition to her business litigation practice, Stephanie also takes on pro bono representations to assist individuals and families seeking asylum in the United States.

Originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, Stephanie now resides in Houston with her husband, their Siberian Husky Hattie, and Hattie’s perpetually shedding coat. Stephanie is a lifelong equestrian who rode for her university’s NCAA team and continues to compete on the hunter/jumper circuit.
