overview

Seth Linnick is a litigator with extensive experience representing businesses in complex disputes in state and federal courts throughout the country.

Seth focuses his practice on commercial contract disputes and product liability lawsuits.

Seth understands that not all clients define “winning” in the same way. As a result, he tailors his litigation strategy and approach to each matter and focuses on achieving each client’s unique objectives in every dispute.

Seth’s ability to be flexible in his litigation strategy is a product of his own diverse career experiences. He has served as lead counsel and second-chair trial counsel, secured pretrial wins and negotiated favorable settlements in disputes arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and served as a member of several successful trial teams in multi-jurisdictional product liability actions.

Seth was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. He and his family reside in Cleveland’s Tremont neighborhood.
