Sarah A. Stover

Counsel
Cleveland, OH | D 216.696.4358 | F 216.592.5009
overview

Sarah Stover defends doctors, nurses, hospitals, long-term care facilities, pharmaceutical companies, and other companies in medical malpractice, personal injury, and product liability lawsuits.

Sarah’s experience working in inpatient and outpatient healthcare settings allows her to provide practical and strategic advice to healthcare companies and professional medical practices on a range of investigatory, licensing, regulatory, and compliance issues.

Sarah is also part of the Tucker Ellis team that serves as national counsel for motor vehicle accident litigation and premises liability litigation for a Fortune 300 product manufacturer. In this role, she manages personal injury cases in federal and state courts throughout the country. Sarah is responsible for all discovery and trial preparation including depositions of key witnesses, developing defense experts, and arguing dispositive and other evidentiary motions.

Sarah applies her background and five years of experience as a registered nurse in medical-surgical and cardiac care to her practice, thereby allowing her to provide unique perspective to the medical billing, coding, and compliance issues that arise in each matter.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Sarah now lives in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, with her husband Jeff – a nurse anesthetist – and their two young sons Andrew and Alexander. She spends her spare time chasing her energetic children but looks forward to cooking, hiking, and traveling when they are grown up.
