Samlecia Gaye focuses her litigation practice in the product liability, mass tort, employment, and business arenas.

Samlecia has years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all pretrial phases of litigation, including expert and fact depositions, brief writing and oral argument, case evaluation, and budgeting. Samlecia also handles pre-suit investigations and has mediation and alternative dispute resolution experience.

Before joining Tucker Ellis, Samlecia worked at a prominent national law firm, representing and counseling clients in a variety of matters including personal injury, product liability, and employment. She also worked on the Contracts team for a global staff recruiting firm, addressing all facets of master service level agreements involving the hire of contract and permanent employees.

As a federal and state court practitioner, Samlecia brings firsthand insight as a result of her externships with retired Justice Robert Dondero at the California Court of Appeal and Judge Saundra Armstrong at the United States District Court for Northern District of California.

Samlecia is a San Francisco Bay Area native. During her leisure time, she enjoys reading, improving her Italian language skills, playing Scrabble with her parents, singing karoake, and kayaking.
