Katya S. Cronin

Cleveland, OH | D 216.696.2352 | F 216.592.5009

Katya Cronin is a trial and appellate attorney who represents clients in complex commercial litigation.

Katya’s practice focuses on contract disputes, patent infringements, and medical and pharmaceutical litigation. She represents individual clients, domestic and multinational corporations, educational institutions, and state governments before state and federal courts across the country, regulatory agencies, and the United States Supreme Court.

Katya has experience in all facets of trial litigation, including drafting dispositive motions, conducting discovery, and trying cases to verdict. She has also drafted more than 40 appellate briefs and over a dozen Supreme Court briefs. Katya’s experience at all stages of litigation helps her formulate a winning strategy from the very beginning and litigate each case by keeping in mind all twists and turns that may occur along the way.

Originally from Bulgaria, Katya now lives in Broadview Heights with her husband—a federal prosecutor—and their adorable Labrador retriever. In her spare time, Katya enjoys hiking in the many parks around Cleveland, drawing, experimenting with new cuisines, and training for her next belt level in the Israeli martial art Krav Maga.
