Joseph Ferraro focuses his practice on estate planning, trust and estate administration, charitable giving, and estate, gift, and income taxation.

Joe works closely with high net worth individuals and families and their professional advisors to create estate plans that best meet their goals.

Joe strives to educate clients so they have a strong understanding of their plans. He uses trusts, business entities, and gifting strategies to assist them in structuring their estate plans and transferring assets to accomplish their personal and tax savings objectives. He also counsels families and fiduciaries during the administrative process after the death or disability of a client.

As an attorney licensed to practice in Ohio and Florida, Joe is able to counsel individuals and families with connections to both states.

A native of northeast Ohio, Joe enjoys all things Cleveland, including the food scene, the Metroparks, exploring the neighborhoods, and cheering on the sports teams. He also enjoys traveling, cooking, and remaining active through sports and hiking.
