Jane Davidson represents businesses in a broad range of litigation matters.
Jane has experience with all stages of litigation, including motion practice, depositions, discovery, arbitration, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations. Beyond litigation, she advises businesses on compliance with CCPA and other emerging data privacy legislation.
Before joining Tucker Ellis, Jane ran a brand development and social media consulting company where she managed the online presence of musicians, influencers, and events. As a recognized online branding expert in the music and influencer industries, she has spoken at a number of conferences and classes about building and maintaining positive online reputations with a focus on the impact legal decisions have on a company’s brand.
As a law student, Jane developed her skills in litigation and criminal law as a member of the Scott Moot Court Honors Board and won First Place Respondent Brief at the 2018 National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition. In addition, Jane previously worked as a law clerk in criminal litigation for both prosecution and defense. During her time as a certified law clerk in the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, Jane served as first chair in a criminal trial.
On weekends, Jane can be found running half marathons, watching the Dodgers or Rams, or cheering for her cousin on the US Women’s National Soccer Team and Chicago Red Stars.
