Cleveland, OH | D 216.696.2564 | F 216.592.5009

Brandon Cox focuses his practice on the representation of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in mass tort and individual cases pending in various state and federal venues throughout the country.

He is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including conducting and defending depositions, preparing expert witnesses, drafting dispositive and evidentiary motions, serving as co-counsel in trial, and negotiating favorable settlements. Brandon currently serves on several Tucker Ellis teams that defend pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in multi-district and state court litigation involving pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices. He is particularly familiar with the rules and procedures regarding multi-district litigation, and has assisted in the negotiation of various pretrial and case management orders that govern coordinated discovery.

Brandon is also part of the Tucker Ellis team that serves as national counsel for two large companies, defending their personal injury cases in state and federal courts throughout the country. In this role, he manages local counsel and is responsible for responsive pleadings, written discovery, depositions, dispositive and evidentiary motions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial.

Brandon is actively involved with the Tucker Ellis pro bono program, representing economically disadvantaged clients with housing and probate disputes. He is also a member of the Tucker Ellis Equity & Inclusion Committee, and currently serves as editor of the firm’s newsletter, “Diversity Matters.”
