Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to welcome Courtney Mendelsohn as counsel in the firm’s Business Litigation Group.

Ms. Mendelsohn represents a diverse corporate client base in complex commercial litigation and product liability matters in federal and state courts across the country. “Courtney’s return to Tucker Ellis after having been one of our summer associates is a real homecoming,” said Business Litigation Chair Karl Bekeny. “Her accomplishments since that time – in commercial litigation, as well as her significant experience with class action and multidistrict litigation – make her an excellent fit for Tucker Ellis, and we’re happy to welcome her back.”
