Tucker Ellis filed an amicus brief for The Trevor Project in Whitaker v. Kirby, a case in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. The amicus brief supports Plaintiffs, the parents of transgender teenagers who have been denied legal name changes. Chad Eggspuehler and Brandon Cox filed the brief on September 14.
