On January 14, Law360 quoted Ray Krncevic on the future of health privacy protections in an article about how the practice of health law may change in the next 10 years.
Commenting on the legal implications of rapid technology advances in health care, Ray observed, "With so much patient protected health information stored in electronic format ... will existing HIPAA regulations be sufficient to protect patient privacy, or will a rewrite of the law become necessary?"
