Kevin Young, Karl Bekeny, and Jennifer Mesko collaborated on this comprehensive text, which brings together numerous decisions interpreting the principal provisions of the widely used Commercial General Liability insurance policy and also generally discusses the law of insurance coverage in Ohio.

Ohio Insurance Coverage was originally authored by retired Tucker Ellis LLP partner Ed Duncan in 2008. The book is updated and republished annually.
