The law firm of Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to welcome Peter Choate as a Partner in its Los Angeles office.

Mr. Choate represents major corporations in pharmaceutical and toxic tort/mass tort product liability litigation in coordinated proceedings in state and federal courts across the country. He works with trial teams to formulate, coordinate, and execute the scientific-legal defense in high-profile product liability cases.

Mr. Choate received his bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles where he was Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his law degree cum laude at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
