Benchmark Litigation has selected three Tucker Ellis Partners as "Litigation Stars" in its 2013 edition. Joseph Morford, Managing Partner of the firm, was recognized for his work in the area of Products Liability; Irene Keyse-Walker for Appellate Law; and Hugh Stanley for Antitrust and Commercial Litigation. In addition, Ms. Keyse-Walker is one of four Ohioans to be included in the inaugural edition of Benchmark Top 250 Women in Litigation and was selected as a “Sixth Circuit Litigation Star – Ohio” in the 2013 edition of Benchmark Appellate, a “sister guide” to Benchmark Litigation. Attorneys recognized as “Litigation Stars” earn their rankings as the result of extensive interviews with litigators and their clients conducted by Benchmark Litigation.

Tucker Ellis received the prestigious “Highly Recommended” law firm rating – the highest rating possible – in both Benchmark Litigation and Benchmark Appellate. Recommendations are based on interviews with the nation’s leading private practice lawyers and in-house counsel. Those firms ranked as “highly recommended” received the most mentions by peers and clients, and were held as dominant in their particular jurisdictions.

“We’re honored to be recognized by our peers, both in private practice and in-house, as an honoree among this elite group of law firms,” said Jeff Healy, Chair of the firm's Trial Department. “We congratulate Irene, Hugh, and Joe on their individual and well-deserved recognitions, which is a true reflection of their talent, experience, and dedication to our profession.”
