Tucker Ellis partners Thomas Baker and Glenn Morrical joined a distinguished group of Northeast Ohio attorneys and other experts in an oil and gas conference held September 14 and 15 at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. “Utica Shale: Issues in Law, Practice and Policy” explored topics including horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing, oil and gas leasing and contracts, mineral rights issues, legislation and regulations, litigation, and policy and economic development issues relating to the Utica Shale region. The conference was co-sponsored by the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Tucker Ellis, and other notable Cleveland firms and organizations.
