Carter Strang and Sanford Watson Participate in FBA Pipeline Programs Webinar

On July 27, Carter and Sanford discussed how to create and sustain pipeline programs to increase minority and diverse members of the legal profession.

On July 27, Carter Strang and Sanford Watson participated in a webinar, "Creating and Sustaining Successful Pipeline Programs - Stepping Stones to a More Diverse & Inclusive Profession." Sponsored by the Federal Bar Association, the webinar explored how to create and sustain pipeline programs, using examples of successful programs - including our award-winning Tucker Ellis Pipeline Program - that have increased the number of minority and diverse students entering law school.

Carter originated and coordinates the Tucker Ellis Pipeline Program. He is a past president of the Federal Bar Association, Northeast Ohio Chapter (FBA-NDOC) and a member of its board of directors. Sanford, also a member of the FBA-NDOC board of directors, co-chairs its Diversity Committee and chairs the Tucker Ellis Diversity Committee.
