On September 4, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit affirmed the grant of summary judgment to Tucker Ellis client Kent Pet Group, Inc. in a purported class action related to the flushability representation on World’s Best Cat Litter™. Notably, the Sixth Circuit found no evidence that World’s Best Cat Litter™ was not flushable.
