On March 21, Joe Morford participated in an Ark Group panel discussion on how to better align law firm compensation with profitability. The panel was part of Ark Group’s 8th Annual conference on The Mechanics of Law Firm Profitability: People, Process & Technology. Joe shared his insights on topics including revamping compensation systems to more accurately reflect partner contribution, origination fees, motivation for cross-selling and collaboration, and whether re-engineering the system would bring pay equity.
