On January 12, Tom Fawkes and Brian Jackiw presented “Credit Applications and Other Legal Documents in a Post-COVID World” to members of the National Association of Credit Management (NACM) Connect and Nebraska Credit & Financial Development Division. The remote presentation focused on anticipated continued impacts on the U.S. economy from the COVID-19 pandemic and steps that credit professionals should take to mitigate risk of loss from future customer bankruptcies and defaults.
