On March 11, Cliff Mendelsohn and Ryan Winkler presented a live webinar to NAFA Fleet Management Association on the use of telematics data in motor vehicle accident litigation. Cliff and Ryan explored the situations in which telematics data arise in motor vehicle accident litigation, how the data can both help and hurt a commercial fleet in a lawsuit, and ways for fleet professionals to develop and monitor their telematics programs to improve safety and reduce the manner in which telematics data can be taken out of context in the course of a lawsuit.
