Christy Prince Joins Tucker Ellis as Business Litigation Counsel

Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that Christy Prince has joined the firm as counsel in the Columbus office. Ms. Prince represents clients in all aspects of commercial litigation, with a strong emphasis on creditor rights, bankruptcy, and real property litigation.

With a primary focus on creditors' rights and bankruptcy, Ms. Prince is experienced in commercial litigation, receiverships, and collection. She prosecutes and defends bankruptcy litigation, pursues guarantors, and optimizes clients' outcomes in insolvency forums. In her real estate litigation practice, Ms. Prince assists clients in transactions, mortgages, liens, and quiet title actions for commercial properties and developments. She also handles commercial real estate matters connected to bankruptcy, including occupancy, repossession, foreclosure and lien disputes, and property liquidations, auctions, and sales.

Ms. Prince received her law degree summa cum laude from The University of Toledo College of Law. She received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Ball State University.
