On August 28, Chad Eggspuehler moderated a two-hour ethics program hosted by the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA). The program, “What Ethics? Navigating the Precarious Role of Counselor to POTUS,” illustrated how the president’s relationship with his personal attorneys translates to the “real world” and answered questions surrounding client confidentiality and a lawyer’s ethical obligations.
