Carter Strang Addresses Manos Inn of Court on Kent State Shootings

On March 13, Carter Strang was a panelist at a CLE hosted by The Judge John M. Manos American Inn of Court. In "Kent State, May 4, 1970: The Shots Heard Around the World and Its Legal Aftermath," the panel discussed the shooting of 13 Kent State University students by members of the Ohio National Guard and its subsequent legal issues. Carter is a Master Bencher with the Court and a 1973 graduate of Kent State University who, as a freshman, witnessed many of the events surrounding May 1-4, 1970.
