On May 15, Carl Muller and Melissa Kelly spoke at the Advanced Employment Law Seminar, a live webinar co-sponsored by the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) Labor and Employment Law Section. In their presentation “Employee Mobility: Here Today, There Tomorrow, Gone the Next Day,” Carl and Melissa discussed remote work issues, including FLSA considerations; monitoring work hours and productivity; worker’s compensation for remote employees; flex schedules; and developing a model work-from-home agreement.
