On December 19, Bob Tucker and Steve Ellis spoke at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) Leadership Academy as part of its session “Difficult Conversations: Leading Through the Hurricane.” The CMBA Leadership Academy is a 10-month, selective program that provides leadership and professional development for attorneys who are both emerging leaders (with at least five years of legal experience) and established leaders (with at least 15 years of legal experience). Bob and Steve spoke to 20 leaders, both emerging and established, about how Tucker Ellis came to be after the failure of Arter & Hadden.
