Lex Ehrenschwender Presents to CMBA on Advertising Claims in the Age of COVID

On March 18, in conjunction with the Young Lawyers Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA), Lex Ehrenschwender addressed advertising claims in the age of COVID. In discussing the basics of marketing and advertising law through the lens of the new COVID-19 economy, Lex covered claims substantiation, the role of disclaimers, and puffery. He also explored hot topics, including social media influencer advertising.
