On August 24, Heather Barnes moderated a breakout session on leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to trademarks at an IPO Corporate IP Management Roundtable. The program explored topics such as comparing IP activity against internal indicators; benchmarking IP activity against other market participants; demonstrating IP value; and prosecution, litigation and operations metrics. Heather led the discussion specifically relating to KPIs for brand procurement and enforcement.
