On November 15, Heather Barnes spoke at the International Trademark Association’s (INTA) 2022 Leadership Meeting in Miami, Florida. Heather participated in an engaging and motivational workshop designed for mid-career intellectual property professionals focused on topics including how to stay motivated, succession planning, re-inventing oneself, and addressing significant and unexpected changes for seasoned practitioners both in-house and in private practice. The session provided concrete actions for attaining work-life balance, assessing growth opportunities, leadership techniques, and rediscovering enthusiasm.
