Tucker Ellis Talc Exposure Trial Ranked Among CVN’s Top 10 Most Impressive Defense Verdicts of 2021

Courtroom View Network (CVN) has ranked a Tucker Ellis talc exposure trial among “CVN’s Top 10 Most Impressive Defense Verdicts of 2021.” In this talc exposure case, the plaintiff claimed that the decedent’s use of cosmetic talc products, allegedly contaminated with asbestos, caused her ovarian cancer and death. In October 2021, a Georgia state court jury cleared the client of responsibility for the cancer death.
