Nick York Named Chair of TEW Business Department

Nick York, a Partner at the law firm of Tucker Ellis & West LLP, has been named Chair of the firm’s Business Department. The post was previously held by Gene Killeen, who served as Chair for the past seven years. The firm’s areas of practice are divided between the Business and Trial Departments. The Business Department is comprised of the General Corporate Practice as well as the Benefits, Estates and Probate, Finance, Intellectual Property, Public Law, Real Estate and Tax Practice Areas.
York, whose practice focuses on Public Law, said “I’m very enthusiastic about the direction our Department is headed. In the past year we’ve added a number of outstanding new business attorneys, and the opportunity to help continue the growth in this area of our firm is exciting.”
