TEW Welcomes Irene MacDougall as Counsel

Cleveland, Ohio – Irene MacDougall has joined Tucker Ellis & West LLP as Counsel in the firm’s Cleveland office.
Ms. MacDougall is a member of the firm’s Business Department. With over twenty years experience in financial transactions, real estate and corporate law, Irene has significant depth in the areas of commercial and real estate lending transactions, real estate transactions and commercial workouts.
Awarded membership in Phi Beta Kappa as an undergraduate, Ms. MacDougall received both her undergraduate (1980) and law degree (1983) from Case Western Reserve University, where she graduated a member of Order of the Coif. She is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
