TEW Welcomes Five New Associates

Cleveland, Ohio - Michelle Marvinney, Erica McGregor, Michael Michetti, Michelle Waller and Seth Wamelink have joined Tucker Ellis & West LLP as Associates in the firm’s Cleveland office.
Ms. Marvinney is a member of Tucker Ellis & West’s Business Department where she focuses on real estate and business transactions and securities. She was awarded her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1984, and received her undergraduate degree from Miami University in 1978. Ms. Marvinney is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Bar Associations.
Ms. McGregor is a member of Tucker Ellis & West’s Business Department where she focuses on estate planning and probate issues. She received her law degree from Boston University’s School of Law in 1998, and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 1995. Ms. McGregor is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Bar Associations.
Mr. Michetti is a member of Tucker Ellis & West’s Trial Department where he focuses on business and labor and employment litigation. He received his law degree from The Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 2006, where he was Lead Associate Editor for the Ohio Northern University Law Review and graduated as both a University Medal winner and Valedictorian, with high distinction. Mr. Michetti received his undergraduate degree from Ohio University, summa cum laude, in 2000. He is a member of the American, Ohio State and Cleveland Bar Associations.
Ms. Waller is a member of Tucker Ellis & West’s Business Department where she focuses on real estate and business law, with a primary concentration in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and development. She received her law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 1995, and completed her undergraduate work at Spelman College, magna cum laude, in 1991. Most recently, she received her LL.M in Taxation from Georgetown University in 2007. Ms. Waller is member of the American, Ohio State and Cleveland Bar Associations.
Mr. Wamelink is a member of Tucker Ellis & West’s Trial Department where he concentrates on professional and products liability litigation. He received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, cum laude, in 2007, where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team and a recipient of the CALI Excellence Award in Products Liability. Mr. Wamelink received his undergraduate degree from Miami University in 2003.
