TEW Welcomes Evan Nelson as Counsel

San Francisco, CA – Evan Nelson has joined Tucker Ellis & West LLP as Counsel in the firm’s San Francisco office.
Mr. Nelson joins Tucker Ellis & West’s Trial Department where he focuses his practice on product liability, corporate and asbestos litigations. He has substantial first and second chair trial experience predominantly in the context of mass tort/toxic tort cases.
Mr. Nelson received his law degree and his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University. Mr. Nelson holds admissions to California and Utah State bars and is also a member of the Defense Research Institute and the American Bar Association.
