TEW Welcomes Michael Hudzinski & Jon Oebker as Counsel

Cleveland, Ohio – (June 23, 2008) Michael E. Hudzinski & Jon W. Oebker have joined the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP.
Mr. Hudzinski is Counsel in the firm’s Business Department and brings with him almost twenty years experience in intellectual property.
Mr. Hudzinski received his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1989 and his B.E.E. from Cleveland State’s Fenn College of Engineering in 1983. He is a member of both the American & Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Associations and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Oebker is Counsel in the firm’s Trial Department where he focuses on appellate & legal issues and has extensive appellate litigation experience in state and federal court.
Mr. Oebker received his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1994 and his B.A. from Miami University in 1990. He has represented the State of Ohio both as an Assistant Attorney General and an Assistant Cuyahoga County Prosecutor. In addition, Mr. Oebker has handled over 200 cases in both state and federal court and has argued nine cases before the Ohio Supreme Court.
