TEW Signs Lease with Flats East

Cleveland, Ohio – (July 28, 2008) The law firm of Tucker Ellis & West signed a lease with Flats East Development on July 24th, formalizing an agreement in principle reached in February of this year. The firm’s Cleveland office will move to a new office building in the Flats East, scheduled for completion in 2011.

“We’re pleased to put our earlier commitment in writing,” said Curt Isler, Managing Partner of Tucker Ellis & West. “This is an important project for Cleveland, and we’re looking forward to being a part of it. Flats East Development is a highly motivated, energetic and creative team, and we are eager to work with them in bringing our own energy to the new district.” Another anchor tenant is expected to sign a lease for the new building within the next two weeks.

Flats East Development LLC is a joint venture between the Wolstein Group and Fairmount Properties. Tucker Ellis & West LLP is a 135 attorney law firm headquartered in Cleveland with offices in Columbus, Ohio, and Los Angeles and San Francisco, California.
