TEW Welcomes Denver Office

Cleveland, Ohio – Five new attorneys have joined Tucker Ellis & West LLP and will reside in the firm’s Denver office, which opened its doors on January 1, 2009. Six paralegals and four staff members will also reside in the Denver office, located in Suite 1325 at Metropoint 1.
“We’re very pleased to add the significant talent of our new Denver office to the firm,” said Curt Isler, the firm’s Managing Partner.
Charles Socha joins the firm as a Partner, bringing his considerable litigation experience in products liability, medical device and drug liability, toxic torts, and multi-district litigation. Chuck's practice also includes regulatory issues under the Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act. He has tried cases to verdict throughout the United States. Often, Chuck has served as either national or regional counsel for manufacturers involved in multi-district, mass tort litigation, or as the science lawyer on the defense team. Mr. Socha received his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from the University of Denver, where he was a member of both the law school and social sciences honorary societies.
Also joining the firm as a Partner is Michele Anderson. Ms. Anderson focuses her practice in products liability with significant experience in drug and medical device litigation and multi-district matters. She also has litigated personal injury, premises liability, employment discrimination, liquor liability, and insurance defense matters. Michele received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Harvard University, and received her J.D. from the University of Colorado.
Joining the firm as Associates are Donna Bakalor, Patricia Fennelly, and Michael Frazier, all of whom bring diverse litigation experience to the firm.
