TEW Welcomes Bakalor, Fennelly, & Frazier as Associates

Cleveland, Ohio (January 12, 2009) – Tucker Ellis & West LLP opened its doors to a newly added Denver office on January 1, 2009. Joining the firm’s trial department as Associates are Donna Bakalor, Patricia Fennelly, and Michael Frazier.
Ms. Bakalor’s practice focuses on the defense of pharmaceutical products and related multi-district litigation. Donna earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, a M.S. from Hofstra University, and graduated, cum laude, from the University of Vermont, where she earned her B.A.
Ms. Fennelly’s diverse litigation practice in state and federal courts during the last twenty-eight years has included product liability and employment defense work, as well as intellectual property and commercial cases. Patricia served as an Associate Attorney General for the States of Colorado and Missouri, representing state agencies in administrative law matters. Ms. Fennelly graduated, magna cum laude, from Tulane University School of Law, where she earned her J.D. She earned her B.A. from Case Western Reserve University, where she graduated, cum laude.
Mr. Frazier’s civil litigation practice focuses on personal injury, product liability, and complex commercial litigation. He has spent the last fourteen years litigating automobile collision, premises liability, hazardous waste, and construction defect matter in state and federal court. Michael earned his law degree from Lewis & Clark College, Northwestern School of Law and graduated, cum laude, from Washington State University, where he received his B.A.
