Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that Arun Kottha, Seth Linnick, and Jennifer Roth have been promoted to Counsel.

Mr. Kottha handles product liability, mass tort, subrogation, environmental, and business litigation claims, and has served as national and regional coordinating counsel for manufacturing and services companies. He earned his law degree cum laude at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University.

Mr. Linnick represents businesses in complex disputes in state and federal courts throughout the country. He focuses his practice on commercial contract disputes and product liability lawsuits. Mr. Linnick earned his law degree magna cum laude at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He received his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from George Washington University.

Ms. Roth represents public issuers in general obligation and revenue bond transactions, equipment lease transactions, and general public law matters. She also serves as counsel to lenders and underwriters in tax-exempt and taxable municipal securities transactions. Ms. Roth earned her law degree cum laude at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University.
