Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that attorneys Knight Anderson, Michael Anderton, Jennifer Berlin, and Jeffrey Fickes have been elected to the firm’s partnership.

Mr. Anderson represents local, national, and multinational clients in civil litigation matters and at trial across the country. His practice concentrates in the areas of products liability, toxic tort, and mass tort. He advises clients regarding complex claims and nationwide and repetitive litigation, which he defends and manages. He earned his law degree at the Indiana University School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Anderton defends pharmaceutical and medical device companies in product liability litigation throughout the country. He also represents companies in business and employment litigation and traditional labor law matters. He earned his law degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from Miami University.

Ms. Berlin advises companies, boards of directors, and equity holders on corporate transactions and securities matters. She represents public and private companies, banks, and investment advisors and funds in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, and equity and debt financings. She earned her law degree at DePaul University College of Law. She received her undergraduate degree from Miami University.

Mr. Fickes advises business owners, board members, and executives on major transactions and other strategic matters, and structures and negotiates corporate, finance, and securities transactions. He earned his law degree at The Ohio State University Moritz college of Law and his M.B.A. at The Ohio State University. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Akron.
