TEW Elects Ernest Auciello & William Lutz as Partners

Cleveland, Ohio – Tucker Ellis & West LLP is pleased to announce that Ernest W. Auciello, Jr. & William J. Lutz have been elected Partners at the firm.
Mr. Auciello, previously of Counsel with the firm, works in the Cleveland office. He is a member of the firm’s trial department where he focuses on medical malpractice, long-term care, and pharmaceutical litigation.
Mr. Auciello graduated, cum laude, from the University of Toledo College of Law, where he earned his J.D. and he graduated, cum laude, from Bowling Green State University, where he earned his B.S. Ernie is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Bar Associations, Ohio Association of Civil Trial Lawyers, and a member of the Medical Liability Committee for the Defense Research Institute.
Mr. Lutz was previously of Counsel in the firm’s Los Angeles office, where he will continue his practice. He is a member of the firm’s trial department where he focuses on the representation of insurers with claims made under directors & officer’s liability, professional liability, and fidelity policies.
Mr. Lutz received his J.D. from The Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America, and earned a B.A. from The George Washington University. Mr. Lutz is a member of the Orange State Bars of California and New York.
