Brian O'Neill Joins Tucker Ellis & West

Tucker Ellis & West (“TEW”), a full service, 160+ attorney law firm with offices in Cleveland, Columbus, Denver, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, welcomes Brian O’Neill as a Partner and Co-Chair of the firm’s Business Department. Mr. O’Neill is located in the Cleveland office and focuses his practice on the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance, real estate development and finance, and commercial/corporate finance.

Brian advises public companies, private companies, and private equity funds in structuring and negotiating corporate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, management buyouts, joint ventures, going-public and going-private matters, all aspects of commercial and corporate finance, and major real estate transactions and development projects. He joins TEW from Ulmer & Berne, where he practiced in Cleveland as a Partner and Chair of the Business/Tax Department.

Brian is admitted to practice in Ohio and Florida. He earned a B.S. in accounting from The Ohio State University in 1983 and a J.D., cum laude, from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1987. A 2007 graduate of Leadership Cleveland, Brian serves on the boards of a number of civic and charitable organizations.
