TEW Welcomes Jennifer Berlin as Counsel

Cleveland, Ohio – (May 10, 2010) Jennifer W. Berlin has joined Tucker Ellis & West LLP as Counsel in the firm’s Cleveland office, where she is a member of the Business Transactions and Securities Group, focusing her practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate counseling,.
Ms. Berlin received her J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law and her B.S. in accountancy from Miami University.
Prior to joining Tucker Ellis & West, Ms. Berlin represented numerous private equity firms, venture capital firms, banks and operating entities, as well as serving as general counsel for a registered investment adviser. She has represented companies in a wide array of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, equity and debt financings, and fundraising, as well as representing investment advisors and funds.
Ms. Berlin serves on the Advisory Board of OurPet’s Company (OTC BB: OPCO) and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
