On January 13th, Product Liability Law 360 published the rankings in the 2009 360 Litigation Almanac. TEW garnered top honors even though it is the smallest of the firms ranked in the top 10. The list, which tracks non-asbestos matters, is set forth below along with the number of lawyers in each firm:
